



Signals related to dredger productivity and safety are collected from the following systems:
High-pressure flushing pump system;
Pump machinery system;
Main engine system;
Rake pipe winch system;
Hydraulic gate valve system;
Draft loading system.
Signals from these systems constitute the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system.
The system also incorporates a dredger planimetric positioning and rake arm position indication system. This operates as a relatively independent system, establishing information links with the SCADA system via computer networks.
Additionally, the system includes an auxiliary decision-making software component. This software monitors and analyzes all signals affecting construction productivity in real time, presenting the data to operators in an intuitive manner. The auxiliary decision-making software comprises two parts: real-time curve display and historical data analysis.
