Ship crane and floating crane work because the water depth of the port is not deep enough, large ships can not directly dock to load and unload cargo, need to barge the cargo to the side of large ships, then need to use the ship crane or floating crane operation.
The so-called ship crane refers to the ship itself equipped with lifting equipment, while the floating crane is a special water lifting equipment.
When the lifting force of the ship crane is not enough, a floating crane with greater lifting force is needed to complete the loading and unloading task.
Marine crane configuration.
- Hydraulic system: full hydraulic servo control operating system, integrated hydraulic valve group single group independent operation (can realize compound action)
- Slewing system: 50 manganese calcined track flint tempered slewing support, four-way central slewing device (can achieve 360° continuous unlimited rotation)
- Winch system: 1.5t/2t hydraulic winch with automatic brake system
- Boom system: 8-sided boom 6.2m X 3/4 sections (fully automatic hydraulic cylinder telescopic)
- Expandable configuration: the hoisting system can be expanded with oil and electricity (11KW motor independent pump source)
