Our underwater depth indicator calculates the depth of the robotic arm’s terminal entry point by measuring the angle formed between the arm and the water surface when it is angled into the water. The underwater depth measurement system consists of a sensor that measures the robotic arm’s rotation angle and a data display unit. The sensor should be mounted on the relevant part of the robotic arm to measure its rotation angle and transmit the measurement data to the display unit for visualization. The sensor’s measurement accuracy is 0.3% of full scale (FS). The data display unit can simultaneously show both the robotic arm’s rotation angle and the submerged depth of its terminal in small characters, or display only the measured depth in large characters.
